Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Abysm Studios. We take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any purchases.
All sales are considered final, except in cases where the product received is defective or damaged.


2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
To process your request, we require:

  • A clear photo or video showing the defect/damage

  • Your order number and proof of purchase

Once verified, we’ll either send a replacement or offer an exchange for the same item, subject to stock availability.


3. Exchanges (for Size Issues)

We offer size exchanges for clothing items.
To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to us.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll ship the replacement in your requested size.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories (if any)

  • Custom or limited-edition products
